Our Services

Arab Guide Spain arranges private tour guiding, private transport, hotel recommendations, dining reservations and related travel coordination services across Spain. We act as a coordinator and booking agent working with licensed local guides, transport providers and hospitality partners.

Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) from our team, following receipt of any required deposit or full payment as agreed for your specific itinerary.

Pricing

Quoted prices are based on the services, dates and group size confirmed at the time of your inquiry. Prices may vary for peak-season dates, last-minute bookings, or changes to your original itinerary.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation terms depend on the specific services booked (hotels, guides, drivers, tickets), as each may carry different supplier policies. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Third-Party Services

Certain services (hotels, restaurants, museums, transport providers, ticketed events) are provided by independent third parties. While we personally vet our partners, Arab Guide Spain is not liable for circumstances outside our direct control, such as third-party service disruptions, closures, or delays.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own travel documents, visas and health requirements are in order for entry to Spain. We are not a visa agency and do not guarantee entry clearance.

Liability

Arab Guide Spain will exercise reasonable care in selecting guides, drivers and partners, but is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts.
